Support service
Support that answers in your working hours, not the next business day in another time zone.
After go-live the questions change: a document will not post, a report needs a new column, a new user needs access, an upgrade is due. LITPL provides ongoing SAP Business One support on an agreed arrangement, with WhatsApp as the fastest channel and a monthly review so small issues do not become month-end problems.
Working with businesses across Africa and India, with remote delivery and on-site visits when the project needs them.
How the work runs
A clear path, with something finished at every step.
Support starts with a look at your current company, then runs on an agreed rhythm: tickets during the month, a review at the end of it.

Questions we hear
Before you ask for a proposal.
Can you support a system another partner implemented?
Yes. We review the configuration and data first, note anything that needs attention, and then agree the support arrangement.
What are the support hours?
Our base window is Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 India Standard Time, which overlaps most of the African working day. Extended windows are agreed per contract.
Is WhatsApp really the main channel?
For quick questions and screenshots, yes. Anything that needs tracking is logged as a ticket so nothing is lost in a chat thread.
How is support priced?
As a fixed monthly or annual arrangement based on users, locations, and included hours, with changes beyond the arrangement quoted separately. Proposals are in the currency you contract in.
Tell us what you need done, and by when.
Share your country, current software, and the outcome you want. We reply in your working hours with a first call slot.
